About the Role:
Alexandra Beth Fine Jewelry is a fast-growing fine jewelry brand known for its curated collection of custom designs and modern takes on bridal and contemporary jewelry. With a strong online presence and a physical showroom in New York City’s Diamond District, we specialize in creating pieces that are both timeless and trend-forward.
We’re seeking a dynamic, hands-on Marketing Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset, strong interpersonal skills, and a passion for learning all facets of the fine jewelry business. You’ll gain comprehensive exposure across showroom operations, marketing, content creation, production, customer experience, and more.
This is a full-time, in-office position (Monday–Friday) based in NYC.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming showroom environment.
- Assist during client appointments by preparing displays, offering product guidance, and taking detailed notes for follow-ups and client records.
- Help develop eye-catching, brand-aligned content for TikTok and Instagram (including images, videos, stories, and reels).
- Support product photography, styling, and basic photo/video editing for digital platforms.
- Curate content inspired by seasonal launches, trends, and campaign initiatives.
- Monitor fashion and jewelry trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity to inform content and marketing strategy.
- Analyze customer feedback to refine messaging and improve product positioning.
- Assist in sourcing materials for jewelry production (e.g., metals, gemstones, clasps).
- Support quality control by inspecting finished pieces for craftsmanship and consistency with brand standards.
- Help manage online order processing and daily shipping logistics.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to shipping and returns while upholding a high standard of service.
- Work closely with the founder, providing support on cross-functional initiatives and special projects.
- Execute ad hoc responsibilities and assist across departments as needed.
- Highly resourceful and adaptable, with the ability to work independently and handle competing priorities under pressure.
- Impeccable attention to detail and strong time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — a true “people person.”
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion, especially when handling confidential information.
- A proactive, forward-thinking mindset with a willingness to learn and take ownership.
- Passion for jewelry, design, and luxury branding — eager to grow into a subject matter expert.
- Experience in fine jewelry, luxury, or client services preferred.
- Comfortable with Mac OS and Google Suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, etc.).
- A bachelor’s degree, jewelry coursework, or GIA certification is a plus, but not required.
