Position Title:  Coordinator, Digital Marketing & CRM 

Reporting To:  Senior Director, Digital Marketing & CRM 

SUMMARY 

alexanderwang is hiring a data-driven and digitally fluent Coordinator to join the Digital Marketing & CRM team. This role sits at the intersection of email, SMS, paid media, affiliate, and customer data — supporting full-cycle campaign execution and cross-channel coordination. The right candidate moves fast, thinks analytically, and takes ownership of the details that make campaigns work. 

RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Own the full lifecycle of email and SMS campaigns — from briefing through QA, deployment, testing, and reporting. 

• Build and deliver weekly, monthly, and annual performance reports with clear takeaways. 

• Support CRM initiatives across engagement, retention, and lifecycle — including audience building and segmentation within CRM and CDP platforms. 

• Lead day-to-day agency and vendor relationships — coordinating briefs, timelines, and deliverables with external partners. 

• Coordinate the briefing and delivery of marketing creative assets across digital channels, ensuring brand accuracy and on-time execution. 

• Partner cross-functionally with creative, e-commerce, and technology teams to support campaign go-lives and ongoing channel needs. 

• Track and reconcile digital marketing spend across channels. 

• Monitor the competitive landscape and surface areas of opportunity.

In compliance with the New York City salary transparency requirements, the potential salary for this position is from $67,000 to $70,000 which represents a range commensurate with experience, knowledge, and skills required.

• Bachelor's degree. 
• 2 years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or a related field. 
• Understanding of email and SMS marketing strategy and customer lifecycle communication. 
• Working knowledge of CRM platforms, strategies, and performance metrics. 
• Customer-centric mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. 
• Highly organized and self-directed, with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple workstreams. 
• Strong analytical skills; proficiency in Excel. 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS 

• Experience in fashion, luxury, or retail. 
• Experience with audience building and segmentation. 
• Familiarity with paid media channels including paid search, paid social, and affiliate marketing. 
• Experience working with agencies and media partners. 
• Familiarity with creator affiliate platforms such as ShopMy.
