What You’ll Do:
The Program Case Management Supervisor plays a key role in supporting young adults through both strategic leadership and direct involvement. You will set case management direction aligned with organizational goals, mentor case managers, provide TIP Model training, and ensure compliance with documentation standards. Alongside these duties, you'll manage a caseload of 7-10 clients personally and promote ongoing team development through coaching and feedback. The position also focuses on measuring and achieving program objectives and KPIs, driving impactful outcomes for transitioning young adults.
Qualifications:Education AND Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a human services field with one year of related experience, or a bachelor’s degree in any field with two years of related experience.
- Supervisory experience preferred. Extensive supervisory experience in a human services agency may substitute for education
- Valid NC Driver's License
