What You'll Do
We're on the lookout for an amazing Case Manager, Legal Assistant, or Paralegal to join our team and take charge of personal injury pre-litigation and some litigation cases. As the ultimate support system for our attorney, you'll be there throughout all phases of pre-litigation, connecting with clients, providers, and even insurance companies! We need someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can handle the excitement. So, if you're highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and a true team player, this could be your perfect match. This is an onsite position in Jackson, MS- we believe this work is best done together.
What You Need
Communication skills that are off the charts! We're talking excellent verbal and written communication skills. You'll be the master of conveying information and building relationships.
Legal document wizardry is a must! We're seeking someone who has experience in drafting and reviewing legal documents like a true pro. You'll be our go-to guru for ensuring everything is just right.
Managing medical records? No sweat! We need someone who's familiar with the ins and outs of medical records management. Organizing, coordinating, and keeping everything in tip-top shape is right up your alley.
Tech skills? Microsoft Office is your jam, and you've got a solid 2 years of experience under your belt. If you've had the pleasure of working with FileVine or any Case Management System, even better! But hey, if you haven't, no worries. We'll show you the ropes.
Personal Injury experience? You got it! We need someone who's well-versed in the world of personal injury cases. It's a must-have for this role, so you can hit the ground running.
