Alexander Shunnarah Trial Attorneys is one of the nation’s premier personal injury law firms. Known for bold marketing and aggressive growth, we invest heavily in building brand awareness and generating new client leads. We’re looking for a PPC Specialist to help us scale our paid media presence and keep our campaigns performing at the highest level. You’ll own and optimize our paid search and paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft/Bing Ads, and paid social platforms. This is a hands-on role — you’ll be managing day-to-day campaign execution, testing, reporting, and recommending improvements to drive qualified leads for the firm.
This is a 100% onsite position at our Downtown Birmingham, AL office. We believe this work is done best together!
Key Responsibilities
- Build, launch, and manage PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Bing, YouTube, etc.) and paid social campaigns (Meta, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitive analysis to maximize ROI.
- Write and test ad copy, headlines, and calls-to-action for maximum click-through and conversion.
- Monitor campaign performance daily and adjust bids, budgets, and targeting to hit lead volume and CPA goals.
- Collaborate with marketing leadership on landing page optimization and conversion rate improvements.
- Provide clear performance reporting and insights (impressions, clicks, CPL, conversion rates, etc.).
- Stay up to date on PPC trends, platform changes, and new tools to keep our campaigns competitive.
What You Need
- 2 years of experience managing paid search campaigns (Google Ads required; Bing and paid social experience preferred).
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret performance data and take action.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads Editor, keyword tools, conversion tracking, and remarketing strategies.
- Working knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4) or similar analytics platforms.
- Excellent written communication skills for ad copy and reporting.
- Law firm, legal services, or lead-generation background is a plus but not required.
