Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Case Manager/Legal Assistant role located in Birmingham, AL. The Case Manager/Legal Assistant will support one attorney by managing client files, organizing case documents, and maintaining accurate records in the case management system. Day-to-day responsibilities include communicating with clients, insurance companies, and medical providers; working on settlement documents and bill reductions; and tracking case progress and deadlines. The role also involves preparing legal correspondence and basic pleading and discover, scheduling appointments, depositions, and court dates, and coordinating with the litigation team to ensure cases are ready for negotiations or trial. The individual in this role will collaborate closely with attorneys and staff to provide responsive client service and contribute to efficient case resolution.
