We are seeking a motivated and professional Onsite Sales Agent to represent and sell homes within one of our residential subdivisions. This role focuses on welcoming prospective buyers, showcasing the community, and guiding customers through the home purchasing process from first visit to contract.

Key Responsibilities
• Staff the onsite sales office during scheduled hours
• Welcome and assist walk-in visitors and scheduled appointments
• Conduct model home tours and showcase available homes, floor plans, and lot options
• Educate customers on community features, pricing, available inventory, and builder options
• Guide customers through the home purchasing process from initial inquiry to contract
• Generate leads from walk-ins, online inquiries, phone calls, and marketing campaigns
• Follow up consistently with prospects throughout the buying journey
• Maintain accurate prospect and sales records in CRM systems
• Coordinate with the builder, construction team, and transaction coordinators to help ensure smooth closings
• Stay up to date on subdivision inventory, pricing updates, and new releases
• Monitor competing communities in the market, stay informed on pricing and offerings, and report competitive insights
• Assist with community events, open houses, and promotional activities
• Ensure the model home and sales office remain clean, organized, and presentation-ready
• Track visitor traffic, record activity, and work toward meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Build relationships with local real estate agents and brokers to generate referrals
Qualifications
• Active real estate license (required)
• Experience in new home sales, onsite sales, or residential real estate preferred
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and closing skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently onsite
• Comfortable working with customers throughout the sales process
• Familiarity with CRM systems and digital lead tools
• Professional presentation and strong customer service skills
