About You
The Ecommerce Specialist will report to the Director of Marketing for the purpose of accurately processing changes, additions, and removals across various B2B and B2C platforms including Shopify, Amazon, POS, and more. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented and passionate about ecommerce.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Create, update, and manage product listing across various platforms
- Maintain data across multiple platforms to ensure a consistent user experience
- Optimize product pages for SEO and user experience
- Monitor inventory levels for the purpose of updating availability
- Execute online promotions and campaigns
- Troubleshoot and correct ecommerce or POS issues such as price discrepancies
- Crop, recolor, and edit images for listings
- Assist with email marketing as needed
- Assist with the reporting of website performance, sales, and conversion metrics
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in an ecommerce role strongly preferred
- 1-2 years of Shopify experience preferred
- Proficiency with spreadsheet tools (Excel, Google Sheets, etc.)
- Adobe Creative Suite experience preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, without the use of AI
- Multitasking ability and organizational skills
- Willingness to pivot as needed
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
This is an in-person position.
