- Base Salary: $130K - $160K

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Leading projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring top-tier execution
- Managing budgets, schedules, and client expectations with precision
- Overseeing project teams and subcontractors to drive successful delivery
- Ensuring safety, quality, and compliance at every stage
- Building strong relationships with key stakeholders, including owners and architects
What We’re Looking For:
- 5 years of experience in commercial construction project management
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with multi-family, higher education, or mixed-use projects is a plus
