Maintenance Supervisor - Atlanta, GA

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of mechanical and technical work with excellent leadership and communication skills. Tools and transportation required. What we expect of YOU:

· HVAC trained and certified 

· Skilled in all aspects of maintenance: plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, carpentry, pool 

· Oversee, manage and direct all maintenance employees, procedures and operations 

· Train new employees in maintenance work processes and safety procedures 

· Perform evaluations of employees to ensure quality of work 

· Record and track daily progress of maintenance team 

· Communicate daily with the Property Manager 

· Help create and adhere to maintenance operation budget 

· Maintain current records for unit/building maintenance 

· Ensure maintenance shop is kept clean and organized 

· Manage proactively a critical parts list in maintenance shop  

· Maintain vendor relationships and order maintenance supplies as needed 

· Authorized to work in the US 

You will direct and oversee all daily maintenance activities including delegation of tasks, manage overall maintenance programs of the property, and implement/supervise preventative maintenance. You will insure completion of work orders within 24 hours and make-ready turn arounds in a timely manner.  You will work hands-on as required or directed by Property Manager.
