Alexander Paul Institute of Hair Design is seeking an Admissions Advisor to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of future beauty professionals while working in a positive and student-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for prospective students, providing information about our programs, admissions process, and campus culture.
- Conduct admissions interviews, campus tours, and information sessions.
- Guide applicants through the enrollment process, including application paperwork, essay submissions, and financial aid coordination.
- Maintain accurate and timely communication with prospective students through phone calls, emails, and follow-ups.
- Track prospective student progress and maintain records in the admissions database.
- Collaborate with the admissions and marketing team on outreach initiatives and events.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Friendly, approachable, and passionate about student success.
- Previous experience in admissions, sales, customer service, or education is preferred but not required.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
Schedule & Compensation:
- Full-time, 40 hours per week.
- Flexible scheduling, including occasional evenings or weekends for events.
- Competitive hourly pay based on experience.
