Key Responsibilities

• Turf Care: Cut grass using various commercial power mowers and clean up properties prior to mowing.
• Detailing & Edging: Safely and precisely operate gas-powered edgers and line trimmers along sidewalks, flower beds, trees, fences, and buildings.
• Debris Management: Utilize commercial blowers to clear leaves and organic matter, mulching material whenever possible to maintain pristine properties.
• Property Upkeep: Perform weed control by hand or via targeted backpack sprayers; prune shrubs and low trees according to safety standards.
• Seasonal Services: Transition to high-altitude gutter cleaning and specialized softscape installations during peak fall and winter seasons.
• Customer Relations: Maintain a polite, professional, and responsive attitude when interacting with residents, clients, and guests.

Position Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have a clean driving record (zero recent accidents or moving violations for driving positions.
• Must be comfortable working at heights (safely climbing and working from ladders for gutter cleaning).
• Positive, energetic attitude with a strong work ethic and high reliability.
• Ability to safely lift heavy equipment and perform physical labor in varying weather conditions.

Compensation Breakdown

• Entry-Level (No Experience): $600 – $750 per week to start. We will train you!
• Experienced Crew Members: $750 – $950 per week (Requires experience and the ability to safely drive a truck/trailer setup).
• Bonuses: All contractors participate in our team profit-sharing program.
