Responsibilities will span the investment lifecycle, including:
- Evaluating and executing new investment opportunities
- Conducting financial analysis, due diligence, and investment underwriting
- Supporting deal sourcing and transaction structuring
- Working closely with portfolio company management teams to drive value creation
- Monitoring existing investments and contributing to portfolio management
Candidate Profile
- 3-6 years of experience across IB and private equity
- Strong financial modelling, analytical, and transaction execution skills
- Ability to operate in an entrepreneurial, collaborative investment environment
- Interest in building a long-term career in private equity
- Strong ties to Omaha or the surrounding region preferred
