Our client, a leading alternative investment platform, is looking to hire a Senior Associate to VP level investment professional to join their Asset Backed Credit and Specialty Finance team in Chicago.
This role will focus on sourcing, underwriting, executing, and managing investments across asset backed, specialty finance, structured credit, and broader private credit opportunities. The individual will work closely with senior leadership and have meaningful exposure across the full investment lifecycle.
The ideal candidate will bring 4 to 8 years of experience across private credit, asset backed finance, specialty finance, structured credit, investment banking, private equity, or a related investing environment. Strong underwriting, financial modeling, and transaction execution capabilities are required. Experience evaluating complex credit situations is highly preferred.
Knowledge of AI tools and technologies that improve investment research, workflow efficiency, and analytical processes is viewed favorably.
