Senior Associate / Vice President – Private Equity | New York City
A well-established lower middle-market private equity platform is seeking a Senior Associate or Vice President to join its investment team in New York. The firm has been actively investing since 2008 and is known for its hands-on approach, partnering closely with founders and management teams to drive long-term value creation.
The firm focuses on industrials and infrastructure-related products and services, including industrial services and logistics, and invests across a range of transaction types, including platform investments and add-on acquisitions.
This role offers the opportunity to work in a highly engaged investing environment with full deal-cycle exposure and meaningful responsibility from day one. You will play a central role in evaluating new investment opportunities, leading transaction execution, supporting investment committee decisions, and working directly with portfolio company leadership to drive growth initiatives and strategic M&A.
Key Requirements:
- Experience in private equity or investment banking, with readiness for a Senior Associate or VP-level role
- Strong financial modeling, analytical, and communication skills
- Interest in industrials, infrastructure-related services, or asset-heavy businesses
- Comfort operating in a hands-on, responsibility-driven environment with direct management interaction
