An independent, highly specialized investment bank is hiring an Investment Banking Associate to join its growing Tampa team.
The firm focuses exclusively on the Power, Energy & Infrastructure sectors and advises leading companies, investors and financial sponsors across M&A, strategic advisory and debt and equity capital raising.
This is an opportunity to join an entrepreneurial platform at an exciting stage of its growth, working directly alongside senior bankers on live transactions and having meaningful exposure to clients throughout the deal process. The team offers Associates the opportunity to take on significant responsibility early, develop deep sector expertise and build a long term career within the firm.
Requirements:
• 2 to 4 years of investment banking experience
• Strong financial modeling and valuation skills
• Experience with M&A, financing or strategic advisory transactions
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
