I'm partnering with a fast-growing real estate investment firm that is looking to add an Acquisitions Analyst to its investment team.
This is an outstanding opportunity for an early-career professional to gain hands-on exposure across the full acquisitions lifecycle, working directly with senior investment professionals on live transactions across multiple high-growth markets.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain acquisition and financial models
- Underwrite investment opportunities and perform market research
- Analyze operating statements, rent rolls, and transaction comps
- Support due diligence, investment committee materials, and deal execution
- Track pipeline activity and assist with portfolio reporting
Ideal Background:
- 1–3 years of experience in real estate acquisitions, investment banking, commercial real estate, or a related analytical role
- Strong financial modeling and Excel skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Business, or a related field
- Experience with multifamily or commercial real estate is a plus
