We’re hiring reliable Asphalt Roller Hands to help deliver quality road and surface paving work. If you like working outdoors, staying active, and being part of a crew that gets the job done right, this role is for you
What you’ll do:
- Assist with asphalt roller operations on road, parking lot, and commercial paving projects
- Help prepare, compact, and finish asphalt surfaces under the direction of the roller operator and foreman
- Perform daily equipment checks, basic maintenance, and cleanup
- Follow all safety procedures and job-site instructions
- Work as part of a team to keep projects on schedule
- Assist with the preparation of construction sites by operating loaders and excavators for material handling and site grading
- Follow all safety regulations, including DOT (Department of Transportation) standards and site-specific safety protocols, to maintain a secure work environment
What we’re looking for:
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Ability to perform physical labor (standing, walking, lifting)
- Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic
- Previous construction, paving, or equipment experience is a plus but not required — we’ll train the right person
