We are seeking a highly organized, professional, and motivated Salon Manager & Guest Experience Coordinator to help oversee daily salon operations while serving as the face of our front desk.
This is not a traditional receptionist role. We are looking for someone who can help manage salon operations, support our team, improve guest experiences, and assist in the continued growth of the business.

Responsibilities
Guest Experience & Front Desk
- Greet and check in guests
- Answer phone calls, text messages, emails, and social media inquiries
- Schedule appointments and optimize booking opportunities
- Confirm appointments and fill cancellations
- Process payments and retail transactions
- Maintain a welcoming and professional environment
- Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and care
Salon Operations
- Manage daily salon flow and team schedules
- Assist with inventory management and supply ordering
- Track retail inventory and stock levels
- Ensure salon cleanliness and presentation standards are maintained
- Assist with onboarding and training new team members
- Support salon systems, policies, and procedures
Administrative & Growth Support
- Assist with social media content and marketing initiatives
- Monitor client reviews and guest feedback
- Support client retention and rebooking efforts
- Help coordinate salon events, promotions, and educational programs
- Assist ownership with administrative projects and business development initiatives
