Join our busy outpatient primary care clinic in Margate! We are seeking a Phlebotomist/CMA with strong clinical, administrative, and quality metrics experience. If you excel at phlebotomy, lab order management, prior authorizations, and HEDIS work, we want you.
Required Qualifications:
- Certified Phlebotomist/CMA with ≥3 years outpatient experience
- Skilled in phlebotomy, lab order entry, ICD-10 coding, medical necessity validation
- eClinicalWorks (eCW) proficiency
- Insurance verification and prior authorization experience
- HEDIS/payer quality metric tracking and care gap closure
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Preferred:
- Bilingual: English/Spanish or English/Chinese (Cantonese/Mandarin)
