What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Litigation Counsel- Real Estate position at Alevistar Legal Search?
Publicly traded Real Estate company with US HQ in the King of Prussia area is seeking Senior Litigation Counsel to assist with overseeing and managing a diverse litigation portfolio across more than 25 states. This individual supports with managing complex litigation matters, including personal injury, landlord-tenant and commercial disputes, employment litigation, workers’ compensation, automobile liability, small claims, and alternative dispute resolution (ADR). This individual will work closely with the General Counsel to oversee external defense counsel, coordinate with relevant insurance representatives and provide strategic guidance to internal business leaders.
Ideal candidate will have 4-8 years of solid litigation experience at a law firm (Civil litigation defense preferred).
