Position Summary:
The program assistant will provide program support to individuals, groups, and/or family counseling to program participants by working to help manage front office and billing duties. The program assistant works closely with the treatment coordinator to accomplish the mission and service goals of Aletheia House. Areas served is Montgomery and surrounding areas.
Primary Responsibilities:
-Collect staff paperwork.
-Organize billing and internal billing reports
-Assist with organizing data for submission to appropriate personnel.
-File
-Monitor the waiting area and greet guests.
-Perform clerical and administrative duties.
-Answer phone, take messages, and relay messages for staff
-Perform other duties as assigned by the treatment coordinator
Qualifications:
-High School Diploma or GED
-Experience with Numerical and Alphabetical filing
-Previous Clerical and Administrative duties, a plus
-Proper Phone etiquette, a must
-Must have a valid Driver’s License and good driving record
-Motor Vehicle Report required
Schedule: Full Time-Non Exempt, Monday- Friday 8:30am-4:30 pm
Physical Requirements:
Requires the physical mobility to sit, stand, walk, and bend for moderate periods of time.
