Prep- Dish Position - Full-time Availability

Position Overview: Prep, Line & Dish – Alesia Restaurant

We are currently seeking a dependable and motivated individual to join our kitchen team for the Prep-Dish position at Alesia Restaurant. Candidates must be 18 years of age or older and reliable means of transportation.

This a full-time role, with a consistent schedule of 30–40 hours per week. Must have complete availability to work the shifts below.

Required Availability - Schedule:

• Tuesday thru Saturday: 8:30 AM – 2:45 PM
• Tuesday 430pm - 900pm.
• Saturday 430pm - 900pm.
• 35-40 hrs per week.
• Closed: Sundays and Mondays
• Key Responsibilities:

The role is split between morning prep and dishwashing. More qualified candidates will be for prep/line roles. Core duties include:

• Arriving to work on time and ready to begin the day
• Able to carry 50 lbs or more
• Putting away fresh produce and deliveries upon arrival
• Morning prep tasks, primarily using the slicer, such as:
• Slicing cold cuts
• Shredding lettuce
• Preparing meats and vegetables
• General kitchen prep as needed
• Transitioning to dishwashing duties once prep is completed

We are a fast-casual concept with a moderate dish load, allowing time for prep work during slower dishwashing periods. Room for promotion and additional hours

Expectations & Requirements:

• Punctuality and reliable attendance are essential
• Must be able to lift and carry heavy items and unload deliveries
• Must put away all inventory as it arrives
• No smoke breaks or use of earbuds during shifts
• Professional attire and conduct required
• Reliable transportation is highly preferred
• Phones put away
• No Earbuds during service

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $19.00 per hour
