About the Role
We are looking for an early-career Product Manager to join our Product team and help shape the next generation of technology-driven solutions in the built environment.
This role is ideal for someone who is curious, analytical, and excited about solving real-world problems with technology. You will work closely with engineers, designers, and field operators to translate complex technical capabilities into products that are safe, intuitive, and commercially valuable.
As an Associate Product Manager, you will support the definition of product requirements, contribute to roadmap planning, and help ensure that what we build delivers meaningful value to customers.
This is a hands-on role with exposure to every part of the product lifecycle, from early research and concept development to product launches and field feedback. This role requires working 4 days per week in office, with field work required.
What You’ll Do:
Product Development
- Assist in defining product requirements, user flows, and feature specifications
- Translate product concepts into clear documentation for engineering teams
- Help maintain product backlogs and support sprint planning
- Participate in product design discussions and technical reviews
Customer & Market Understanding
- Conduct user research and customer interviews
- Analyze market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies
- Help synthesize customer insights into actionable product improvements
Product Execution
- Track feature development progress and support cross-team coordination
- Assist with testing and validation of new product capabilities
- Document product behavior, workflows, and system requirements
Product Communication
- Prepare internal product documentation and presentations
- Support go-to-market efforts with product messaging and materials
- Help communicate product decisions across engineering, leadership, and operations teams
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, business, or a related field
- 2 years’ experience in product management, engineering, consulting, or a technical field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Preferred:
- Experience working with software or robotics products
- Familiarity with product development tools (Jira, Notion, Figma, etc.)
- Experience writing technical or product documentation
- Exposure to startups or early-stage technology companies
