Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in USA Parkway for dedicated Security Professionals. Responsibilities include monitoring assigned locations to ensure safety, maintaining a visible security presence to deter unauthorized activities, and responding to emergencies promptly. Additional duties may include conducting patrols, controlling access points, executing traffic control, and providing assistance during special events. Security Professionals must maintain clear communication with team members and supervisors to ensure the successful implementation of security measures and protocols.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Physical Security, including on-site patrolling and access point monitoring
- Strong Communication skills to coordinate with team members, clients, and emergency services effectively
- Ability to stay vigilant and respond quickly and effectively in high-pressure situations
- Prior experience in security or law enforcement is preferred but not required
- Must pass a background check and meet any local licensing requirements
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Physical fitness and the ability to perform duties requiring endurance and agility
- Willing to obtain OSHA 10
- Willing to obtain Nevada PILB Card
- Must Have or Willing to Obtain Safety Toe Boots (Steel/Composite)
