Alert Security Asset Protection is seeking a dedicated and professional Patrol Manager to oversee day-to-day patrol operations in Northern Nevada.
Requirements
- Clean driving record (bring DMV printout to interview)
- Active Nevada PILB security work permit (required prior to applying)
- Strong customer service skills and work ethic
- Ability to work independently and stay well organized
- Critical thinking/problem-solving skills
- Reliable cell phone and reliable transportation (mandatory)
- Ability to pass background check and drug screen
Military experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Hiring & Training: Assist Operations Manager with recruiting, onboarding, and training new security officers
- Scheduling: Support scheduling and staffing for all patrol and guard assignments
- Policies & Procedures: Help develop and enforce client security policies and protocols
- Inspections: Conduct routine inspections of security officers and sites
- Reporting: Prepare detailed reports and recommend improvements to management
- Training: Train new hires on posts and patrol duties as needed
- Technology: Operate and train staff on Silvertrac guard tour/reporting system
- Compliance: Ensure officers adhere to company standards and PILB regulations
- Other duties as assigned by Operations Manager
