What are the responsibilities and job description for the Installer position at Alert Medical Alarms?
Are you hands-on, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping others? We're looking for a dependable Installer to join our team! In this role, you’ll be responsible for delivering/setting up life-saving medical equipment (PERS) in client homes. You’ll play a vital part in ensuring safety, comfort, and peace of mind for those we serve!
What You'll Do:
- Perform in-home installations of personal emergency response systems
- Train clients and caregivers on equipment usage
- Maintain inventory accuracy and ensure supply readiness
- Drive daily routes, follow safety protocols, and complete service reports
What We’re Looking For:
✅ High school diploma or equivalent
✅ Valid driver's license (clean record)
✅ Excellent communication and organizational skills
✅ Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and handle hands-on work
✅ Basic computer skills (Excel, shipment tracking, data entry)
Experience with PERS or medical devices a plus!
