Job Purpose:
- The Client Services & Dispatch Support Coordinator at ALERT AMBULANCE SERVICE INC is responsible for ensuring efficient and effective coordination of client services and dispatch operations. This role is pivotal in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional support and communication between clients and the dispatch team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage client service requests, ensuring timely and accurate dispatch of ambulance services.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving any service-related issues promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with the dispatch team to optimize scheduling and resource allocation to meet client needs efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and dispatch activities, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Monitor and evaluate service delivery processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
- Assist in the development and implementation of client service policies and procedures to ensure consistent service quality.
- Provide training and support to new team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
- Prepare and present regular reports on client service metrics and dispatch operations to management.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to continuously improve service delivery and client satisfaction.

Qualifications:Required Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree in business administration or related field preferred.
Required Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or client support roles.
- Experience in dispatch operations or logistics coordination is highly advantageous.
- Familiarity with emergency services or healthcare industry is a plus.
Required Skills and Abilities:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite and dispatch management systems.
