What You'll Do:
- Design and refine solution architectures that integrate GenAI capabilities, AI copilots, code generation, and intelligent automation into the software development lifecycle.
- Guide the design and optimization of CI/CD pipelines, developer toolchains, APIs, and integrations, incorporating security, compliance, and quality controls.
- Collaborate with Agile teams, domain leaders, and enterprise architects to translate business needs into scalable conceptual, logical, and physical architecture designs.
- Support technology implementation across cloud, co-location, and mainframe environments, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture standards and development best practices.
- Evaluate emerging technologies, contribute to architecture governance, manage solution risks, and promote continuous improvement in developer experience and engineering practices.
Job Requirements
What You'll Bring:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 9 years of experience with multiple programming languages
- Minimum 9 years of experience in software or service engineering and delivery
- Minimum 9 years of experience in developing and integrating applications using relevant software architecture principles and patterns
- Minimum 9 years of Tools & Developer Experience
- Minimum 9 years of experience as a Solution Architecture

- Bachelor's Degree
- Master's Degree
- Ability to work and communicate with various stakeholders at differing levels of the organization
- Ability to research and apply modern technology trends related to technology initiatives
- Ability to research, evaluate and articulate multiple approaches to solving technical problems
- Experience working in two or more technical roles related to banking technical design
- Experience in delivering technology and enterprise level presentations
- Experience working in an Agile environment
- Industry recognized certification in programming languages and cloud technologies
- Experience working in the financial services industry
- Effective Communication.
