Acara Solutions seeks highly qualified candidates to work onsite with our client in Clearwater, FL Interested?
- Perform quality reviews (I/E: Visual inspection, test data, and process inspection records).
- Assist with Supplier Quality initiatives, including the utilization of quality equipment inclusive of measurement systems, microscopes and x-ray.
- Assist in the disposition of non-conforming products, the creation of Non-Conforming Product Reports (NCPR) and support the maintenance of the TipQA non-conformance software as needed.
- Assist with the Corrective and Preventive Action process, including leading effective Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA) investigations and completing Corrective Action Reports (CAR), for both internal and customer related issues.
- Assist in identifying continuous improvement opportunities and implementing improvements to the quality system.
- Facilitate Process Failure Mode Effects Analysis (FMEA) and Failure Mode Effects Corrective Action (FMECA).
- Create, maintain, and/ or revise specialized quality documentation (i/e: procedures, work instructions, inspection forms, etc.).
- Support the preparation of and/ or review of First Article Inspection (FAI) reports, either received from suppliers or prepared for the customer.
- Provide shop floor technical support and act as a technical resource for drawing and specification interpretation related to operations/ manufacturing.
- Assist with and/ or administer relative training to Tampa Microwave employees and related aspects of On-the-Job (OJT) and procedural training.
- Comply with established safety and housekeeping practices
- Follow TM business ethics and appropriate behavior.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Associate degree or 3 years of relative work experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Working knowledge of reading and interpreting drawings, technical specifications, and industry standards.
- Experience with computer-based applications (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point)
- U.S. Citizenship required. May be selected for work that requires ability to obtain and maintain US Secret Level Security Clearance.
- Must be able to lift objects of up to 25 lbs. Ability to comply with all Company guidelines, policies, procedures and embrace Company Core Values.
- Fluent in English language - written and oral.
- Auditing experience is strongly preferred.
