Here's what you'd do:

• Responsible for the day-to-day tactical duties for assigned programs.
• Oversees and coordinates the cost, schedule, and technical aspects of ongoing Facilities engineering projects within the program guidelines set by the Facilities Manager and customer.
• Serves as a single point of contact between Facilities engineering project management, planning, Facilities, and line management.
• Reviews status of Facilities engineering projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports.
• Assesses Facilities engineering project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction goals and objectives.
• Develops mechanisms for monitoring Facilities engineering project progress and for intervention and problem solving with Facilities engineering project managers, line managers, and customers.
• Provides the coordination between resource managers/supervisors and ensures all necessary reviews and approvals are received.
• May conduct performance/project analyses during phase-down to benefit future/other engineering projects, missions, and programs.
• Manages complex projects or processes with general oversight.
• Communicates within and outside of own function to gain cooperation on operational processes, practices, and procedures.
• Makes moderate to substantial improvements to systems and processes.
• Contributes to the achievement of departmental goals and operating plans with direct impact on the departmental results.

• Pay rate: $28.84-$80.04/Hour
• Hours: 9/80 1^st Shift
• Length: Temp to Direct (12 Months)

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in facility or construction project management

• Experience in facilities management
• Microsoft Suite, including MS Project
• Stakeholder management
• PMP, FMP, CFM Certification
• Team player
• Senior professional with good knowledge of Facilities and Construction areas and broad knowledge of project management.
