Job Title: Inventory Management Specialist
Location: Malabar, FL
Employment Type: Temp to perm (6 months)

Schedule: 4/10 hrs/Week. - (1st shifts)
About the Opportunity:
- Responsible for coordinating, controlling, and executing material movement activities throughout the production facility to ensure all production areas are properly stocked and supported.
- Manages the flow of raw materials, work-in-process, and finished goods across the facility in alignment with production schedules and operational priorities.
- Monitors material availability, inventory locations, and staging needs to prevent shortages and production delays.

What You'll Do:
- Ensures materials are received, stored, transferred, and delivered to the appropriate areas accurately and promptly.
- Supports efficient material handling practices, maintains inventory accuracy during movement, and helps ensure continuous production flow across all departments.
- Collaborates with production, warehouse, and shipping/receiving teams to prioritize urgent material needs and resolve flow issues quickly.
- Also assists with stock transfers, replenishment activities, and adherence to facility procedures for material handling and transportation.
- Develops support for individual contributors.
- Works under general supervision.
- Work is less structured within identified boundaries and procedures.
- Identifies problems and issues in straightforward situations.
- Less detailed instructions are provided, and moderate peer review is needed.
- Communicates with contacts typically within the department on matters that involve obtaining or providing information requiring explanation or interpretation to understand and reach agreement.
- Follows established processes to complete tasks.
- Escalates issues to supervisor for resolution.
- Works to achieve operational targets within job area which has some impact on the overall achievement of results for the team.
- Work is somewhat limited in scope, typically on smaller, less structured task-related activities.
Job Requirements
What You'll Bring:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 4 years of experience in computer operation.
