Position Overview
We're seeking a relationship-driven Inside Sales Representative / Account Manager to join our growing team. This role will serve as a key point of contact for our existing customers - providing a white-glove, consultative experience while also identifying and developing new business opportunities within current accounts.
You'll work closely with purchasing departments, clinical teams, and administrators to ensure their needs are met and our solutions are seamlessly integrated into their operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned hospital and senior living accounts.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through proactive communication and support.
- Understand client needs and challenges to provide tailored product recommendations and solutions.
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and work to expand product adoption.
- Prepare and deliver quotes, product information, and sales documentation.
- Collaborate with the logistics and customer service teams to ensure timely deliveries and service satisfaction.
- Track account activity using CRM tools and maintain accurate records of all customer interactions.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify potential threats or growth areas.
- Support occasional outbound sales campaigns targeting upselling or re-engagement.
Qualifications
- 4 years of experience in inside sales, account management, or customer success
- Experience in the medical equipment industry an asset
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a solutions-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency with CRM systems an asset
- Knowledge of hospital purchasing cycles or senior living procurement processes is a strong asset
