Here's what you'd do:
- The Integration and Test department is looking for an experienced Electrical Engineering Technician.
- Working under general supervision, the Technician will apply their knowledge of Electrical Technology and Electronics to engage in functional testing, verification, and validation of electronic, electro-mechanical, and electro-optical systems.
- Test involvement will include, but is not limited to, test preparation, test execution, operation of custom test sets, operation of test-related equipment, recording data, and reporting data.
- The candidate will provide support for product testing as well as set up and integration of test equipment.
- Speaks clearly and concisely, presenting ideas effectively to individuals or groups.
Here's what you'll get:
Pay: $34-$35/hr.
Hours: 980 - Reg - 1st shift.
Length: Temp (6 months).

- High School Diploma or GED with 4 years of experience.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in manufacturing/production.
- Associate Degree with 2 years of experience.
- Demonstrated experience working with electronics test equipment, including multimeters, oscilloscopes, and cables.
- Demonstrated experience with programming languages such as JavaScript, C , Python, etc.
- Experience with the Mate/De-mate of Flight cables.
- Understanding of Lean Manufacturing practices.
- Experience working in the Aerospace or Defense industry.
- Experience in manufacturing or prototyping environments.
- Experience working in a cleanroom environment.
- Must be able to read engineering drawings/blueprints/schematics and detailed work instructions.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and manufacturing documentation.
- Ability to identify problems and suggest solutions.
- Demonstrates appropriate computer knowledge.
- Understands and adheres to established policies, procedures, and proper labor charging practices.
- Must be able to perform as an individual contributor as well as within a team environment.
- Must be detail-oriented.
- Able to communicate with engineers and other employees on the floor, with clear and concise communication skills.
- Self-motivated and a problem solver.
Additional Information:
- Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen.

- Successful candidate must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret DoD security clearance.
- Willingness to work overtime, shift work, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move around for long periods.
- Able to lift to 30 lbs.
