What You'll Do:
- Create, update, and maintain website content and landing pages within Drupal CMS while ensuring brand consistency and user experience standards.
- Support A/B testing, personalization initiatives, and conversion rate optimization programs through test setup, QA, launch, monitoring, and documentation.
- Perform website quality assurance testing for content, functionality, accessibility, design implementation, and user experience across devices and browsers.
- Coordinate website releases, content updates, and optimization efforts with Marketing, SEO, UX, Analytics, Design, and Development teams.
- Support digital marketing initiatives through campaign tracking, analytics reporting, content audits, project coordination, and performance improvement recommendations.
Job Requirements
What You'll Bring:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 1 years of experience in digital marketing, website management, web content publishing.
- 1 years of experience working with content management systems.
- 1 years of experience supporting website updates, digital campaigns, or optimization initiatives.
- 1 years of experience performing website QA and testing.
What Sets You Apart:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Digital Marketing or Communications or Business or Web Development.
- Experience with Drupal CMS.
- Experience supporting CRO, A/B testing, or website experimentation programs.
- Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
- Experience working with marketing analytics or tracking implementations.
- Experience supporting SEO and digital marketing initiatives.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
- TestMu (formally LambdaTest) or a similar testing platform.
- Drupal CMS experience.
- Optimizely experience.
- Google Analytics experience.
- Familiarity with conversion rate optimization (CRO) programs.
- Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies.
- Understanding of website analytics and tracking concepts.
- Basic HTML and CSS knowledge.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices.
