What You'll Do:
- Research and resolve exception cases while assisting with complex operational issues.
- Review and interpret legal and banking documentation to support internal processing.
- Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to address procedural questions and improve workflow efficiency.
- Support multiple systems, business functions, and product lines while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ensure all work complies with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies, and assist with additional operational tasks as needed.
Job Requirements
