- Plan, design, and deploy network solutions utilizing Mellanox hardware and technologies.
- Experience with Cumulus OS, OSFP, BGP and campus WAN is a MUST
- Configure, test, and support InfiniBand and Ethernet solutions, ensuring optimal performance for client requirements.
- Collaborate with clients to understand project needs, propose tailored solutions, and provide guidance on best practices.
- Perform on-site installations, configurations, and troubleshooting as needed.
- Monitor and maintain network deployments to ensure high availability and optimal performance.
- Provide technical training and knowledge transfer to client teams for ongoing support and operations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network-related issues, maintaining clear documentation and escalation protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, support, and project management) to streamline deployment processes and improve efficiency.
- Travel occasionally to client sites in Mexico to provide hands-on support and ensure successful deployment outcomes.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience with Cumulus OS, OSFP, BGP and campus WAN is a MUST
- 3 years of experience in network engineering or deployment, with a strong emphasis on Mellanox technologies.
- Hands-on experience with InfiniBand and Ethernet solutions, switches, and related networking hardware.

- Proficiency in Mellanox hardware and tools (e.g., Mellanox OFED, SwitchX, Spectrum).
- Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English (spoken and written).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and within a team.
- Willingness and ability to travel occasionally to Mexico for project-based assignments.
- Experience with automation tools and scripting (Python, Ansible, etc.) to streamline deployment processes.
- Familiarity with other networking hardware and technologies (Cisco, Juniper, etc.).
