Personal Lines Property and Casualty Account Manager

• Manage and service personal lines insurance policies (home, auto, umbrella, flood), ensuring accurate placement and underwriting
• Deliver exceptional customer service by assessing client needs, resolving inquiries promptly, and recommending appropriate coverage
• Identify opportunities for account rounding and cross-selling to enhance client protection and satisfaction

• 3 years of Personal Lines account management experience and a valid Massachusetts Property & Casualty license (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of insurance products and coverages, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Applied Epic; able to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team

This job is expected to be performed on-site in the office.

The salary range is $55K to $75K per year. This role is commission eligible.
