Responsibilities
This job requires presence in the office on a hybrid schedule as agreed with the manager.
Office location could be either in Darmouth or Norwell MA location.

Responsibilities
- Implement, maintain, and optimize Alera Group software systems; provide first-line technical support and ensure employees and clients are trained effectively on new and existing technology
- Review and streamline workflows to improve efficiency, maintain accurate records in CRM and related systems, and ensure compliance with data security and company policies
- Serve as liaison between departments, vendors, and clients to facilitate communication, resolve operational issues, and support management decisions with timely feedback and insights
- Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, operations, or related field; professional certifications in benefits, P&C, or HR a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM platforms, and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello); strong problem-solving and process improvement capabilities
- Excellent interpersonal, training, and communication skills with proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
