Responsibilities:
What You’ll Do / Your Impact
Client Partnership & Risk Strategy
- Support clients with coverage placement, renewals, claims coordination, policy analysis and day to day service needs
- Collaborate with carriers, Producers and internal partners to deliver effective benefit solutions
- Contribute to retention and growth initiatives through proactive and responsive client service
Operational Excellence
- Maintain accurate documentation in agency management systems including policy information activities and correspondence
- Ensure compliance with workflows internal policies and benefit program accuracy
- Support audits reporting and renewal processes as needed
- Assist in the RFP process including comparing carrier proposals and summarizing options for clients
- Respond to client inquiries related to claims billing enrollment and benefit questions
Strategic Contribution
- Assist in identifying opportunities to enhance client benefit programs and improve service delivery
- Partner with Producers and internal teams on onboarding new business and executing renewals
- Remain current on carrier programs industry trends and regulatory changes
Qualifications:
What You Bring
Required
- Experience working in client service or employee benefits environment
- Knowledge of medical dental vision and ancillary benefit programs
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
Preferred
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
- Experience with agency management systems
- Strong analytical and problem solving capability

Salary range: $50,000-$60,000 per year
