With a network of offices nationwide, our commitment to collaboration allows us to offer national resources combined with local service.RESPONSIBILITIESManage renewal and proposal processes by engaging clients, preparing documentation, reviewing policies and exposures, and negotiating with carriers on behalf of clientsSupport clients with claims reporting and follow-up, handle day-to-day service requests (including certificates and administrative tasks), and maintain accurate records in systems such as ImageRight and AMS 360Build and strengthen client and carrier relationships through consistent communication, identify cross-selling opportunities, and contribute to a positive team environment through mentorship and collaborationQUALIFICATIONSMinimum of 2 years of commercial insurance experience with a Property & Casualty license; insurance designations are a plusStrong understanding of underwriting and insurance coverage with the ability to read, analyze, and communicate policy details effectivelyProficient in Microsoft Office, highly organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to collaborate well with diverse individualsADDITIONAL INFORMATIONThis job is fully remote.Alera Group offers comprehensive benefits to our colleagues, including medical, dental, life and disability insurance, 401k, generous paid time off and much more.Salary range is $60K to 70K per year.We're an equal opportunity employer.
