RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support Advisors with client onboarding, renewals, and service delivery by maintaining accurate records and executing established workflows
- Collaborate on RFPs, analyze carrier proposals, and assist with presentations and communications to support client decision-making
- Build strong relationships with clients, carriers, and internal teams to provide timely, professional service and stay current on industry trends
- Required knowledge of medical, dental, vision, and ancillary benefits, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- State license in Life/Health preferred, must become licensed with 90 days if not
- Familiarity with HRIS systems is a plus
- Strong attention to detail, organization, multitasking, problem-solving skills, sense of urgency, teamwork, and excellent communication abilities
