Responsibilities
- Provide proactive, high‑quality client service, anticipating needs and responding promptly to client, producer, and account manager inquiries while maintaining strong relationships with all stakeholders
- Support policy lifecycle and renewals, including preparing renewal submissions and proposals, processing new and renewal policies, change requests, audits, cancellations, reinstatements, and insurance documentation (ID cards, certificates, binders)
- Maintain accurate systems and documentation, ensuring policy data integrity within AMS360 and Worksmart, organizing policy delivery, and supporting ongoing risk management and service needs
- High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
- Illinois Property & Casualty license required or ability to obtain within 60 days of hire
- Minimum 2 years of Commercial Lines agency experience in a highly automated, risk‑management‑focused environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; AMS360 experience strongly preferred
- Highly organized with strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
- Able to work effectively both independently and in a collaborative team environment
