Overview

Responsibilities

Client Service Support

• Assist Account Managers with client files, certificates, ID cards, and service materials
• Respond to internal and client requests in a timely and professional manner
• Support daily servicing needs to maintain strong client relationships

Operational Support

• Maintain accurate documentation within internal systems
• Process Motor Vehicle Reports (MVRs) and pre-employment screening requests
• Assist with claims tracking and related reporting

Team & Office Support

• Provide backup support for phones and front desk when needed
• Participate in training and team development sessions

Qualifications

Required

• High School Diploma or GED
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Reliable, accountable, and team-oriented

Preferred

• Experience in customer service, administrative, or insurance-related roles
• Familiarity with systems such as AMS360

Additional Information

Compensation:Salary range: $43,000 – $55,000 per year, based on experience.

Work Model:This role is Hybrid (Eastern Time Zone preferred)Open to remote candidates for the right fit, with the ability to support in-office needs during peak periods (e.g., large certificate processing cycles).
