This is a hybrid position, as there could be need to travel into the office.

Responsibilities
- Develop financial models for budgeting, renewals, and due diligence
- Support self-funded plan analysis, including premium rate calculations and M&A reviews
- Lead stop-loss negotiations and manage compliance-related fee calculations (e.g., PCORI)
- Conduct benchmarking and data analytics to optimize benefit offerings
- Model employee cost impacts and support strategic benefit decisions
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience (required)
- PA Life and Health License (preferred; must be maintained if held)
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, creatively, and meet deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; advanced expertise in Excel
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Willingness to travel as needed to support client engagements
