Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of assigned client relationships, including renewals, benefit strategy, and service delivery
- Partner with consultants to develop and implement comprehensive benefit recommendations
- Serve as the main client contact, resolving issues and ensuring timely communication
- Coordinate carrier negotiations, renewals, and benefit design changes
- Facilitate client meetings, enrollment sessions, and wellness strategy discussions
- Ensure compliance with ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, and other regulations
- 2-3 years of employee benefits account management experience (50 lives) in a brokerage or consulting environment
- Strong understanding of large and small group benefits, self-funded and fully insured plans
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred
- Active Health and Life Insurance license required
