Responsibilities
What You’ll Do / Your Impact
- Manage day-to-day service for an assigned portfolio of commercial insurance clients
- Partner with Producers to coordinate new business, renewals, and marketing strategies
- Prepare proposals, negotiate coverage and pricing with carriers, and support renewal presentations
- Review policies and endorsements to ensure accurate coverage and compliance
- Respond to client requests, process policy changes, and provide claims support
- Maintain accurate documentation and client records within the agency management system
- Build strong relationships with clients, carrier partners, and internal teams while identifying opportunities to enhance the client experience
What You Bring
Required
- Active Property & Casualty Insurance License
- 2 years of Commercial Lines account management experience
- Strong knowledge of commercial insurance coverages and underwriting
- Experience with Microsoft Office and agency management systems (AMS360, EPIC, or similar)
- Excellent communication, organization, and client service skills
- Experience negotiating with insurance carriers
- Professional designations such as CIC or CISR
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
