Responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end claims handling for client accounts, including intake, consultation, documentation, reporting, and preparation of client claims reviews
- Partner with insurance carriers and adjusters to investigate, monitor, and resolve complex property, general liability, automobile, and workers’ compensation claims, following established tracking and payment processes
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience through professional, timely, and empathetic communication while building and maintaining long‑term client relationships
- Proactively address client concerns, coordinate with internal teams as needed, and escalate issues appropriately to ensure timely resolution and manager awareness
- Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of industry‑related experience; P&C license required (or equivalent claims licensing)
- Strong working knowledge of insurance laws, claims practices, and insurance systems; Applied Epic experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with the ability to manage documentation, reporting, and client communications effectively
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients, carriers, and vendors; role operates in a professional office environment under the agency’s hybrid work model
