BASIC FUNCTIONS:
- Manage a $750,000 sales plan, selling painting services as well as cross selling other product offerings as the opportunities arise
- Cold calling residential homes and commercial businesses to generate 80% of leads
- Estimating leads that are provided by the company
- Learn and execute the Ridings sales process (pre-bid, during bid, post bid)
- Hitting Personal Sales Target, Margin Target, and cost per margin target
- Entering appointments into company CRM
- Entering estimates into company CRM
- Updating client data
- Writing customer proposals
- Responding to customers questions and office questions
- Independently studying to become competent in painting services
- Attending weekly Goal Alignment Meetings (GAM) and L10 Team Meetings
- Building a sales plan and tracking against it at all times - with supervisor guidance.
- Turning in a weekly GAM Report highlighting weekly, quarterly, and overall numbers, journaling of previous weeks drivers and restrainers, and upcoming weeks goals and priorities.
TIME AND COMPENSATION:
- Full-Time - higher volume of work in the exterior painting season (May – October)
- Base salary commission – base salary set on past experience and current skill. OTE of $100K annually
