Position Summary
The Care Coordinator Content Creator is a hybrid role in terms of responsibilities (not remote), with the primary focus on care coordination, reception, and participant support, and a secondary focus on social media content creation.This role is ideal for someone who:
- Thrives in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment,

- Enjoys creating simple, engaging social media content that reflects real stories, education, and the heart of holistic health.
Approximately 70–80% of your time will be spent on care coordination & reception duties, and 20–30% on social media creative support.
What Success Looks Like
- Building strong, trusting relationships with participants through compassionate, timely communication.
- Confidently managing multiple moving parts: phones, scheduling, check-in, follow-ups, and documentation, without dropping details.
- Consistently making high-volume follow-up calls to support participant engagement and satisfaction.
- Supporting the marketing team by capturing and creating on-brand, simple, authentic content (reels, stories, photos, short-form videos).
- Taking initiative, being solution-oriented, and contributing to a positive, growth-minded team culture.
Key Responsibilities
Care Coordination & Reception
- Coordinate participant care, including scheduling, reminders, follow-ups, and intake.
- Manage the reception area and clinic flow, ensuring participants feel welcomed, seen, and supported.
- Serve as a main point of contact for participant questions, concerns, and scheduling needs.
- Make 50–100 follow-up calls daily to check in, support engagement, and ensure participant satisfaction.
- Navigate the EHR system Charm (and other CRM tools) in a precise and accurate manner.
- Document all participant interactions, appointments, and follow-ups clearly and promptly.
- Educate participants on Secoya's services, including Direct Primary Care (DPC), QNRT, Neurofeedback, IV Therapy, and more (training provided).
- Communicate effectively within a tight-knit team, relaying messages and updates clearly and quickly.
- Empower and motivate participants to take action in their lives and health journeys.
- Attend, organize, and support occasional community outreach events as needed.
Social Media Creative Support
This role supports social media creative, not full social media strategy or management.
- Capture behind-the-scenes content in the clinic (with guidance and consent), including short videos, photos, and stories that reflect Secoya's values and services.
- Help record and lightly edit testimonial videos and provider content for use on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Assist in creating simple, on-brand graphics and reels using tools such as Canva, CapCut, InShot, Opus Clip or similar apps (training available).
- Support the team in repurposing educational content into short-form posts, stories, and basic captions aligned with a provided content plan.
- Monitor basic engagement (likes, comments, DMs) during work hours and flag messages or questions to the appropriate team member.
- Follow trends on social platforms and suggest creative ideas that fit Secoya's brand and mission.
Note: A dedicated marketing lead or external support may guide the overall strategy. Your focus is on consistent, quality creative execution that aligns with Secoya's voice and values.

Education & Experience
Education:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
Experience:
- 1–2 years in healthcare, administrative, customer service, or reception roles preferred.
- Experience making high-volume calls and managing schedules is a plus.
- Experience with social media content creation (even for personal brands or small projects) strongly preferred.
- Background in sales and/or customer service is helpful.
Bonus Skills (Not Required, but Nice to Have):
- Familiarity with website platforms (Squarespace, Wix, WordPress).
- Basic understanding of SEO or email platforms (e.g., Mailchimp).
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
Physical Requirements
- Able to sit at a desk for long periods while working on a computer or phone.
- Occasionally required to record content, gather media, or assist with office needs.
Compensation & Bonus Structure
Base Pay: $20.00 – $24.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. Opportunities for pay increases with the achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs)in areas such as:
- Participant satisfaction and retention
- Follow-up consistency and documentation accuracy
- Quality and consistency of social media content support
